Some detail pics of the sub floor. This floor will add some much needed insulation value, Because it was put down all in one piece it will help protect the sub floor from getting wet and then rotting, the vinyl needs a flat surface to lay on and the original floor was grooved rubber over, and it's gonna be much easier to keep clean.

Finished the sub floor, doesn't it look nice? We want the vinyl down in one piece so my son cut a template for vinyl to fit snug up under the dash.

Inside gutted, cut the paneling up from the floor a few inches. Glad we did I could see the ground in places. Cleaned it all up then started laying down the flooring. It will be a good sub floor for the vinyl I bought to put down.

Here we are prepping and putting down some flooring that will under lay the vinyl flooring I picked out.

We found leaks around much of the old caulking where the fiberglass body panels meet. So we took it all off and sanded it down recaulked with Dicor, replaced...

First project with my son was making the bus waterproof. The old caulking had dried and cracked, the screws were rusting, so every time it rained water was getting inside. He took the stripping off that covers where the body panels meet and while he cleaned the old caulking off the bus and sanded it I cleaned and sanded the pieces of stripping.

We did time lapse to record some of the process because a video would be long and boring. Plus I think time lapses are cool :)
