This past Wednesday we held our annual Rutledge Spelling Bee! This is a much anticipated night and we are always so proud of our students!

Help me congratulate the following top spellers for the 2025-2026 school year!

We had 22 students that competed at the school level! Congrats again to all of our students!

January is LISD Board Appreciation Month! We appreciate our board members at The Ranch!

We are almost to 75% of our goal, Ranchers!!

Our school relies on your generous donations to provide amazing field trips, student events, and classroom enhancements — none of which would be possible without your support.

Tonight’s Challenge: If your child’s grade surpasses the $10,000 mark, the entire grade will earn a foam party during the Fun Run — a highlight the students look forward to every year!

Additionally, if our school meets our ultimate goal of $75,000, the students will be able to watch Ms. Schock be dunked in an ice bath! How “cool” would that be?!
Fun Run Schedule:

4th Grade: 8:00–8:50 AM
5th Grade: 9:00–9:50 AM
3rd Grade: 10:00–10:50 AM
Kindergarten: 11:10 AM–12:00 PM
1st Grade: 12:10–1:00 PM
2nd Grade: 1:10–2:00 PM

If you plan to attend your child’s run and have not yet RSVP’d, please stop by the front office beforehand to obtain a visitor badge. All adults must wear their badge visibly while on campus grounds.
