How well we're doing connecting with ourselves in a loving and authentic way is reflected in how others interact with us. Often our closest most intimate relationships reflect this the best.

Instead of wanting or insisting someone else behave in a different way so we can feel better, we must learn to love ourselves and nurture ourselves in a way that activates the way we're wanting to feel on our own. That way, our good-feelings aren't dependent upon the love we feel we are or aren't receiving from someone else.

When we learn to fill ourselves up with feelings of love and joy despite external circumstances, the things around us change to match this internal state. So take time every day, especially when you feel "off" or things don't seem to be going your way, to...
Go Within and
Take Deep Breaths,
Meditate, Take Some "Me Time,"
Make a List of What You're Grateful for,
Play with your Pets🐱 🐢,
Listen to Happy Music,
Dance,
Take a Nap,
Take a Walk,
Ride a Bike,
Go Outside to Get a Change of Scenery,
Read A Good Book, etc...

Do something to release internal resistance and re-align your internal state if you feel off and you will notice how once you re-approach whatever it is you were doing before, that wasn't working from the mis-aligned state, will all of a sudden seem to come together and work more effortlessly.πŸ’«

*Just don't ever try DOING when you're feeling off, things usually will take too much "work" or not work at all and this is why! 😘
