With much regret, we have to cancel the Spring Fling/Stars Prep for 2023 as there will be pool renovations during that time.

Gold Stars Swimming will be conducting our annual Spring Fling/Stars Prep program for the 2022 year. Two options for classes at Bella Mar pool.
T/Th 6:45-7:45PM class from March 29th - April 28th from swimmers ages 9-18 who can swim 2 or more lengths of the pool, without stopping. 10 classes total.
Wednesday only class from March 30th - April 27th 6:45-7:45PM for kids ages 7-12 who can swim 1 or more length of the pool, without stopping. 5 classes total
This program is directed towards swimmers who want to get a head start on their summer swimming or swim team. In the five weeks, the program will go over all 4 strokes, including starts, finishes, proper stroke technique, breathing, etc.
This is a hugely popular program, so please register early. Discounted fee through February 28th.

August Swim Boot Camp starts tonight! Looking forward to seeing everyone.

We start our 11th year of the developmental swim program (which formally was Shooting Stars) tomorrow! 

DEVELOPMENTAL SWIM | gold-stars This program took over the Shooting Stars program and is designed for swimmers ages 5 to 14. We focus on the development of competitive swimming skills in freestyle and backstroke. At the end of the 4-week session, swimmers will be able to measure their improvement at an mock trial swim meet.

Desde que @regansmith4 irrumpió en la #natación élite mundial, con un par de récords mundiales durante los campeonatos mundiales de natación #Gwangju2019 todos quedamos sorprendidos de lo que esta adolescente estadounidense podía hacer en la piscina. Bueno, este fin de semana pasado, Regan volvió a dejar a todos estupefactos, con su #performance en una competencia en su ciudad natal de Minnesota, estableciendo un nuevo récord nacional, para Estados Unidos, en las 100 yardas dorso de 49”16. Como en nuestra región no competimos en yardas, tomé la iniciativa de convertir el tiempo de Smith de yardas a metros y el resultado que obtuve me dejó boquiabierto. Los 49 segundos y 16 centésimas convierten a 55”76!!!!!!. Lo que más me llama la atención del nado de Regan, además de sus asombrosos subacuáticos, es la frecuencia de brazadas que puede mantener durante toda la prueba. Es realmente sorprendente. Así como sabemos que Adam Peaty y Katie Ledecky no tienen rivales de #Tokyo2021 , pienso que Smith también está en un peldaño que la hace casi imbatible. ¿Qué piensas tú sobre esta nueva hazaña de Smith? ¿Crees que ella es otra gran favorita de los Estados Unidos para ganar el oro olímpico en las pruebas de dorso? Timing is so weird as I know you all are thinking about swimming right now....ha. We will conduct our super popular Spring Fling/Stars Prep for 5 weeks leading up to swim team season. Due to our limited capacity our T/Th program is for ages 9 and above who can swim 100 free without stopping. March 23rd-April 22nd. 6:45-7:45 PM. First come, first serve.
