Is your teen disrespectful?
Mostly likely the answer is “yes.” When asking teenagers are they disrespectful to their parents, many will say no.” So why the disconnect?
The reality is most teenagers do not try to be disrespectful. It’s just they haven’t learned how to react in the manner you want them to.
The following are examples of what many parents consider a sign of disrespect:
-cursing
-yelling
-back talk
-rolling eyes
-slamming door/ breaking things
-ignoring questions
-moaning/ groaning
-refusing to do certain activities
With coachWOW™️, your child will learn productive methods of expressing anger and frustration. And the best part, these methods would not be considered disrespectful.

Chores are among the most common things parents and teenagers fight about.
Let’s face it, most adults hate doing chores so it makes sense that teenagers also dislike them.
If that is the case, why have chores become a trigger word in families?
Teenagers do not do chores because they don’t enjoy doing them.
It’s that simple.
At coachWOW™️, we take a different approach. We use chores as an opportunity to practice mindset training.
Since emotions come from how we think, we can help teenagers adopt the correct mindset where chores become easy and fun.

It’s natural for teenagers to decrease the amount of time they spend with their family while increasing the amount of time they spend with their friends.
Even though it’s a natural process, parents should try to hold onto their time. The reason is that the less time they spend with you, the less overall influence you will have over your child.
So how do you hold on to family time with teenagers?
1. Stop nagging
2. Start valuing their interests.
3. Make family time fun.
At coachWOW™️, we will help your child make the right decisions when you are not around. If you maximize your time with them and we coach them on decision-making, you will no longer have to worry about your child being with their friends.

Why do teens lie? In our experience, teenagers lie for three reasons: 1. They are afraid the parents will say no. 2. Their parents are judgmental. 3. Their parents nag.
With coachWOW™️, parents get the opportunity to learn with other parents on how to grow a deeper connection with their teens. Finally, we help teens see the power of telling the truth!
