I remember a time when I disliked Mondays. The heaviness, the pressure, the feeling of starting all over…another week, it always set the tone for my whole week.

But once I started to look for the positive, really choosing my mindset with positive energy. Working to keeping my mood lifted, and focusing on what’s good, while looking for the miracle moments everything shifted.

Now it doesn’t matter what day of the week it is. Miracle moments show up and reasons to be grateful flow in…….Monday, Tuesday, Sunday… it’s all the same when your mindset is positively aligned to the miracle moments. Every day miracles are waiting for you. You just have to stay open to them.✨

December can be a busy full month. Between work deadlines, Christmas parties, family gatherings, and the whirlwind of shopping, it’s easy to slip into overload. Taking time for “Me time”to slow down, breathe, and schedule in those self care days it can be hard but necessary.

I’m sharing this words ⬇️ as a reminder to self care during this busy time of the year.

Take Care of Your Energy

Release what does not
belong to you.
You can spend years
pouring your energy
into filling every silence,
solving every problem,
absorbing every ache
that drifts in your direction.

And for a while,
it can almost feel natural,
to be the one who steps in,
the one who quietly
gathers the pieces
again and again.

But eventually
a quiet truth settles in:
you cannot be all things
for all people.
You were never meant
to hold every burden,
to answer every longing,
to soothe every wound.

Take care of your energy,
and your energy will take
care of you.
You are one life,
one heart,
one pair of hands,
and there is a tender kind of freedom
in finally honoring that.

Accepting this truth
isn’t an act of withholding;
it’s an act of honesty.
It is choosing to show up
as yourself,
not as an ever-shifting silhouette
shaped by the needs around you.

It is trusting that others, too,
are capable of resilience,
of seeking comfort,
of finding their own way forward
and knowing your worth
has never depended
on being indispensable.

And when you stop
trying to be everything,
the parts of you
that were stretched too thin
begin to gather back
into place.
You become clearer,
steadier,
whole.

And the relationships
that endure
are the ones that value you,
not for the roles you can play,
not for the burdens you can carry,
but simply
for the truth
of who you are.

Feeling happy and blessed these week.🥰 This past weekend I kicked off my birthday month in the best way — spending time with family and friends!

I love how I always feel like my birthday jump-starts the holiday spirit every year. Grateful for the love, the laughs, and the way this time of year brings us together with our family and friends!!

The bonus for me this year …is my one and only is getting married!! 🥰🙌🙌
I am going to soak up this high vibe moment! Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, holidays…are all high vibrational days to savor!

This morning as I relaxed by the pool. I thought to myself water has a way of bringing us back to center. 🌊✨
The sound of a waterfall , instantly relaxing, plus it’s soothing, It’s a good reminder to slow down, just Be.

Imagine…..cookies show up at your front door — meant for someone else — but somehow, they get delivered to you instead. 😄

What a delightful, unexpected suprise. It wasn’t just about the cookies (although, yes, they were delicious). It felt like a little God wink reminding me how things, experiences, people can come in when you’re open to receiving.

But here’s the extra little suprise that made me smile.

I’ve been trying to make decision about something. When I read the note attached to the box of cookies signed
– From The Forward Team.” 🙂

A note meant for someone else.
Was a perfectly timed spritual message for me. 😊

Synchronicity? Accident? Alignment?
Either way… message received. Trusting the decision made. Cookies enjoyed.

A Bittersweet Fourth of July 🇺🇸💔💧

This Fourth of July weekend no doubt to many feels different from past Forth of July holiday celebrations, especially in Texas.

Normally, this holiday is a time to gather with family and friends. Watch fireworks, and all the things we enjoy about summer but this year, it’s hard to to fully take in that so many in our communities are hurting.The homes that have been lost or damaged, and lives lost or thrown into uncertainty.

My heart goes out to everyone affected by the flooding — 😢🙏 you are not forgotten.

What a beautiful and heart-opening retreat this past weekend with an incredible group of women! 💖

In a safe, sacred space for group sharing and emotional clearing, releasing blocks that no longer serve us. It was beautiful to witness the strength, vulnerability, and support flowing between each s
From there, we tapped into our inner wisdom through intuitive painting, letting creativity guide the way—no rules, just expression.

And to close the day, we surrendered into bliss: floating in the pool,with sound bowls creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

This retreat was a reminder that when we open, and allow ourselves to feel, we also create space to manifest what we truly desire—with clarity, intention, and grace. 💫

It was an honor to be with beautiful souls for a day to reboot and recharge. Im looking forward to my next retreat as it’s truly food for my soull!! 🥰🙌✨

Yesterday I woke up hearing the rain outside my window this morning ☔️ instantly thought I need to journal To release more of what no longer serves me. Then take time to be grateful for the blessing coming in!

Especially for my new client’s that have chosen to work with me to dig deeper internally to help shift the mind and get in alignment with manifesting their ❤️desires.

My heart is open and full!! Anytime I get the honor to lock arms with clients 😊❤️🙏 To witness all the miracle moments unfolding for them. Always makes my heat sing!!

I’m equally grateful for the sweet mircle moments I am witnessing in my life along the way,day in day out.

For example I went into a local cafe that is fairly new and I met the owner of the café. It gave me an opportunity to speak with her. During our conversation I found out what inspired her to leave her hometown in Arizona and open her cafe. I will just say she took a leap of faith and followed her intuition….( side note if your curious about opening up to hearing your own intuitional compass, you may be interested in joining me at my next retreat more to follow)
The miracles that happened along the way in making this cafe a reality is amazing!!

Good Afternoon! It’s been a a while since I’ve posted but thought I would share My “Manifesting Miracles” retreat happened this past weekend, it was an inspiring and empowering journey with beautiful souls! My heart is full!!

Together, we delved into powerful focused intention,group clearings and visualization with sound bowls. Designed to help manifest miracles in our lives. We released limiting beliefs and old patterns, making space for new possibilities. Every activity was designed to help us step into our fullest selves and bring our manifestations/visions to life.

The retreat was more than just a time for personal growth; it was an opportunity for connection and sisterhood. We shared wisdom, stories, and unique experiences, creating a safe and supportive sacred space for one another.

My intention for the retreat was to help each person to create a renewed sense of purpose, a clear vision of the future they are inspired to manifest.

Thank you to the ladies who could join me yesterday, I am in gratitude and feeling blessed for sharing this experience with you! ❤️🥰
