A huge THANK YOU to our amazing families, Principal Brown, and Ms. Alverdi for coming out to cheer us on at today’s Girls on the Run 5K Sunshine Run! 💖Big THANK YOU to Ms Upshur and Mr Chris for joining us on the run!
We wrapped up our first season with big smiles, strong legs, and even bigger hearts. These girls showed up, showed out, and proved what they’re capable of — and we couldn’t be prouder!
We can’t wait to do it all over again this fall! Who’s ready for Season 2? 🏃‍♀️✨

BGCAA celebrated Daniel, a 5th grader from Overton BGC, who was recognized at the Learning All the Time (LATT) Breakfast of Champions as one of the elementary winners of the “My Afterschool Story” Writing Contest. His essay highlighted the day-to-day moments that make Clubs meaningful, from snacks and connecting with friends to exploring his creative side through illustrating and reading.
