From cheerleading and championship basketball games to academic organizations like Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society still active at Riverland today, students were building friendships, leadership skills, and school pride that extended far beyond the classroom.

Riverland alumni are doing big things in our communities, industries, and workplaces every day! Lee Gulbrandson’s story is a great example of that, and one we had to share.
“I really appreciated the Riverland experience. It was much easier for me to learn in a small class where I could get to know the instructors and other students. It really built a strong base. I got all these fundamentals in a place where somebody is interacting with me in a much more personal way.”- Lee Gulbrandson, Vice President & General Manager, Lou-Rich
