Out with the old, in with the… still old?? Since you have likely made New Year’s resolutions to clear clutter or read more books, we’re having a Book Swap during our monthly Community Playdate this Friday, February 6th, from 2:45pm to 4:30pm on the Elementary playground.
We’ll have tables set up to display all your used adult and children’s books so you can browse at your leisure and take home some new favorites.
When you are ready to go, you are free to take home any of your donated books that do not get adopted or you may leave them and our friendly neighborhood Cedars librarian will take care of them for you. Then you can check that donation task off your list!
You are welcome to drop off books for the swap at the library any time between now and Friday, or you can bring them directly to the playdate.
P.S.
If you have any children’s cookbooks that you are not using anymore, Dorothy would love them for the library. Specifically for lower elementary age with an emphasis on snacks/appetizers and healthy treats.
