Luna Montessori ATX

And just like that…another Luna Montessori Chapter closed. 🥹🙏🏼💕🤗 Today we had a sweet little bridging ceremony honoring growth this year and recognizing our navigators transition into a new chapter 💛 We celebrated our oldest Navigators as they prepare for their next adventure in August, but in many ways all of our navigators are crossing into something new as they continue growing through these early years together.
Each child has grown in their own beautiful way, in independence, confidence, friendship, language, movement, curiosity, and heart. Watching those tiny everyday moments unfold here at Luna Montessori has been such a gift. Thank you Luna families for trusting me with your children during such tender and important years. It has been such a privilege to witness their growth, to learn alongside them, and to be part of their story. I am so proud of each of them and so grateful for this little community we’ve built together 💛

Last week we went to the Austin Nature & Science Center for our yearly school outing and it was such a beautiful day! 🥹 The navigators loved seeing the animals, walking the trails, and taking their time exploring everything around them. There was a lot of excitement, and a lot of sweet little moments. I always enjoy getting to spend time like this with our families outside of our regular days. A big thank you to all of my families for making it out, I meant a lot to share that time together! 🥰

This trend felt a little too fitting 🥹 That little girl never really left, she just grew up… and became someone who still sees the world through a child’s lens. ☀️💕✨

Even though last week was our official week back, this week really felt like we’re back. The sunshine came out after a cold and rainy start and we spent so much of our time outdoors soaking it all in. Lots of sand play, balance biking, little friendships growing, and that sweet kind of learning that only happens when toddlers have space to move their bodies and follow their work. A huge shoutout to Ms. Chris for stepping in to support our days while I battled some rough allergies last week, I’m SO grateful for her. I love our itty bitty community so much, and I seriously can’t wait to be at our new place soon! 🙌🏼💕
