Being a twin flame soul is about healing the wounds of Narcissism.

Today I officially retired myself from my caretaking career!!

Unless it’s strictly in a professional container where a client has come to me with a direct and clear request.

After a beautiful conversation with a friend around boundaries today it really hit me…

I do not need to energetically or emotionally provide support to anyone who hasn’t made a explicit request of me and whom I feel excited to do so from my overflow of energy.

I have based my entire identity on showing that I was worthy of love because I am an incredible space holder and able to sit through the deepest of Dark you can imagine.

I understand now that giving people a chance to speak up for this is how I support the people I love in learning how to show up for themselves and to ask for appropriate support to appreciate people.

It’s an edge for me

What does a world look like where I focus on me and my desires and actually feel fulfilled And loved.

To lean into the realization that I don’t have to work for love or prove I’m worthy of it.

Because love is freely given no matter how I’m showing up just because.

It’s been strange this new world of being loved for just being me and I’m still getting used to allowing myself to receive love in this way.

I’ll be spending a lot of time with myself in the next coming weeks and months really attuning to my motivations in caretaking.

To learn to ask how someone is doing to receive their responses and not feel obligated to jump into fix it mode if something is going on in their lives when they haven’t asked for my support.

Oh to trust in the Sovereignty and pay off others!!!

I’m excited and curious to see what unfolds and looking forward to no longer having crippling anxiety on the days where I feel extra human and need space to just be and not do.

I’m excited to see who I will reveal myself to be when love is not tied to acts of service and instead acts of service becomes a true expression of unconditional love without the expectation that love will return to me only if I show up in this way.

Curious to see who else resonates with this experience and what it would look like in your life if you also allowed yourself to receive love without having to care take others in order to be worthy of receiving the abundance of love that exists everywhere.
