Change isn’t only something that happens to you at work or in your workalike, it happens to you every day in your personal life. You are effected by change every day to a smaller or greater extent and in some cases you may be effected in a major way, life changing way. For example, divorce, death of a loved one, death of a loved pet, loss of your job, illness, getting seriously hurt or maybe more non-maligne change like you have to re-schedule a vacation, your kid dont get into the school they wanted, you dont get the job you really wanted or someone keyed your car. Here you have a great way of dealing with these types of events and an insight to how to spot them, how to handle them and in some cases how to solve them.

WFH is a battleground between employers and employees but it is also the tale of two huge social changes we have gone through in a matter of only two-three years. It is amazing to see what kind of change we are capable of when forced to but it is also now a question, will WFH remain a battleground with combatants (companies and employees) running skirmishes, or does the field tilt to a very definite end?
