Envisioned by Gary Keller, co-founder of Keller Williams Realty, KW Next Gen is an educational nonprofit founded with the belief that the cultivation of a growth mindset needs to begin as early in life as possible. It leverages the incredible success of Keller Williams Realty by bringing the company's strengths in education and training to the next generation of world leaders. The Quantum Leap (QL) learning program teaches young people the mindset and power principles used by high achievers.

From Quantum Leap student to KW Next Gen Board Member.

Please join us in welcoming Shaquille McCray to the KW Next Gen Board of Directors!

For more than a decade, Shaq has been part of the KW Next Gen journey—as a student, student leader, Next Gen instructor, QL Summit speaker, Maryland/DC Regional Ambassador, Launchpad donor and member of our Development and Finance Committee.

A real estate leader, entrepreneur and coach, Shaq has built his work around helping people think differently, lead themselves with intention and reach their highest potential.

From introducing Quantum Leap principles to college students to developing agents and entrepreneurs today, Shaq has consistently taken what he learned and multiplied it for others. You can learn more about Shaq’s journey in our latest blog post on our website.

Some young adults come to KW Next Gen already carrying incredible drive, ambition, and a clear desire to build something meaningful. Our role is to help them fine-tune that vision, expand what they believe is possible, and connect them with the resources to keep moving forward.

Iñaki Guerrero Iñaki Guerrero is a great example. As a QL Summit attendee, QL Coaching recipient, and Fund My Mission Scholarship recipient, he has taken full advantage of the opportunities available to him — using scholarship funds to help with education-related expenses while continuing to sharpen his goals for the future.

Noah Dupree grew up in a real estate family. Built a career in KW. Had a good job.

He also had an idea he couldn't shake — a coffee business he kept imagining every time he worked out of a coffee shop.

QL Summit gave him the tools to take it seriously. Coaching helped him build the business model. A scholarship got him specialized training.

In 2024, Reunion Coffee Cart was born.
