September is Fall Prevention Month, and we want to help you create a safer environment for both you and your partner. Falls are a significant concern for people living with dementia, but many can be prevented with the right strategies and knowledge.

⭐️ Falls are the leading cause of injury-related hospital admissions for older adults.
