2AM Questions Moms Have —Twin Edition 🤍
As they get older, if one twin starts sleeping longer and they’re only feeding 1–2 times throughout the night, let that baby sleep!! ⭐️
I would give the more sensitive sleeper a little more attention at night and work on their sleep while allowing the other twin to keep sleeping longer.😊
And just because one twin is the more sensitive sleeper right now doesn’t mean they always will be. That can change! 🤪
I would also recommend using a sound machine, especially if they’re sharing a room, so they aren’t constantly waking each other up throughout the night.
Now, if they’re still feeding a lot overnight, I would absolutely keep them on the same schedule. If one wakes to feed, I would feed the other one too and get them both back down around the same time.✨
Otherwise, you can end up with one baby waking, then the other baby waking, and it becomes a cycle that leaves very little time for you to sleep. 💛
