XpresSpa at Austin Airport is Hiring!

XpresSpa, proudly serving travelers at Austin International Airport for the past 7 years, is
expanding to meet growing demand. We are currently seeking 3 full-time licensed massage
therapists to join our dedicated team. If you& #39;re passionate about wellness and thrive in a fast-
paced, high-traffic environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a trusted

Positions
 Full-time (5 positions available).
 Part-time and temporary positions are also available.
 W-2 Position
Compensation
 Commission-based:
 30% of all services performed
 15% of all retail and add on
 Gratuities/Tips: 100% of all tips, credit or cash
 Earning potential: Therapists can earn an average of $35-$50 per hour, plus tips.
This averages out to $3500-$5500 monthly.
 Cash tips are estimated to be 30% of the service price,
Schedule
 4 or 5 shifts per week for full-time employees.
 Minimum of 35 hours per week for full-time employees.
 Opportunities for 10 passengers on average per 8-hour shift.
Benefits
 PTO (Paid Time Off) is available for full-time employees.
 Health insurance options available through a broker.
 Potential to earn $55,000-$95,000 annually.
Requirements
 Current Massage Therapy license issued in Texas.
 Ability to perform chair massages back-to-back in a timely manner.
 Customize routines to adapt to the passenger& #39;s needs and energy.
 Strong communication skills and a calming demeanor.
 Willingness to learn new techniques.

Deliver a variety of massage services to recent movers.

Be professional, courteous, and maintain a clean work environment.
Keep accurate service records and follow company protocols.

Qualifications:

Recent massage therapy graduate with a valid license.

Experience in various massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Reliable transportation and professional appearance are a must.
