This year, the Chap Band will take audiences on an aggressive and exciting adventure through the “Urban Jungle.” The term urban jungle refers to the modern human being that unleashes the animal within to take on life in the big city. Metaphorically, the urban jungle describes a fast-paced, crowded city with a competitive environment. It can be a potentially dangerous, dense, and chaotic place similar to a natural jungle - where only the survival of the fittest determines who will rule the day.

Featuring the music of Dave Brubeck, Alanis Morissette, and Michael Daugherty, the 2025 Westlake Chaparral Band is proud to present, “Urban Jungle.”

A long but fantastic day for the Cougar Bands! Symphonic and Concert Bands brought home first division and outstanding performance trophies and had a terrific time at Six Flags!
