From mentorship to real-world opportunity — the 2026 Young Enterprising Women National Leadership Conference in Washington D.C. brought together high school girls passionate about STEM with women entrepreneurs and innovators from across the country.

Our co-founder Rebecca Contreras took the keynote stage with a message rooted in what sits at the heart of LaunchPad: resilience, leadership, and the power of owning your story. More importantly, it was another opportunity to pour into young women who are just beginning to write theirs.

That investment in the next generation takes many forms. Girls of Legacy, LaunchPad’s initiative dedicated to equipping and empowering young women, is one of them — but the commitment reaches beyond any one program. It’s about showing up wherever there’s an opportunity to open doors, share what’s been learned, and help the next generation of women recognize what’s possible for their lives.
