A young man once said something cruel to an old friend.

“It was just words,” he thought.

But those words stayed in his friend’s heart for many years.

One day, the young man saw the same friend helping a stranger who was having a difficult day.

He asked, “Why are you always kind to people?”

His friend smiled and said,

“Because I know how much one kind word can mean when someone is hurting.”

The young man became silent.

He finally understood something important.

We never truly know what someone is going through.

A simple “Are you okay?” can give someone hope.

A simple “I’m proud of you” can give someone strength.

And one cruel sentence can stay in someone’s heart for years.

So choose your words carefully.

Speak with kindness.

You never know whose heart needs a little kindness today. ❤️

One day, an old man was walking home in the rain.
He saw a young woman standing alone without an umbrella.
He had only one umbrella.
He could have walked away.
Instead, he held the umbrella over her and walked beside her until she reached home.
Years later, that old man became sick and needed help.
One evening, a woman came to his door.
She brought food, medicine, and stayed with him.
He looked at her and asked,
“Why are you helping me?”
She smiled and said,
“Years ago, someone helped me when I needed it most.”
The old man smiled.
He had forgotten that moment.
But kindness had not forgotten him.
