I’m excited to announce that I’m hosting a new FREE offering with ! Coffee + Cuddles is a great opportunity to connect with other mamas and babies - not to mention a great excuse to leave the house! Think playgroup meets women’s circle for newly postpartum mamas.

Come hang out for some unstructured play + bonding time! We’ll have a free iced coffee bar set up for you to enjoy, and just like the Baby + Me class, all caregivers and pre-toddling babies are welcome to join.

You do *not* have to attend Baby + Me to join this free gathering. So if you’re not cleared for movement yet, or just don’t feel like doing the yoga, no worries - you can still come hang for Coffee + Cuddles!
