Few of the effective ways we follow at Kido in teaching handwriting to preschoolers are; strengthening fine motor muscles, writing on bigger spaces, and using different Mediums. Most important is that we make sure our writers practice their handwriting through fun activities!

By working as a team, children develop important life skills like problem solving, listening, leadership, and creative thinking. Nurturing teamwork skills also develops higher levels of self-confidence, self-esteem, empathy, and compassion.

Developmentally appropriate use of technology can help children explore new worlds and actively engage in fun and challenging activities. Children learn how to use technology in play, problem solving and role play.

Teaching by using programmable robots helps a child to think about “doing”. According to Seymour Papert; thinking about what you want to do, one step at a time, before you do it, enhances the learning process and teaches problem solving skills.

Experiments help teach students how to be more observant and inquisitive. They learn how to ask questions, explore new avenues for research, and find new ways on how they can answer a question or solve a problem.

Our children were thrilled to see the Fire Truck at our school, learn about fire safety, and explore the different parts of the fire truck. Thank you Austin Fire Department for visiting Kido today.

Wherever we operate, we make sure that our students are always interested and engaged in their activities. Children proceed from exploration to representation, which has a positive impact on their development. Projects also effectively expand ren’s vocabulary.
