Dyslexia is about how the brain works.
People with dyslexia process language differently.
That’s why reading and writing can be tough — but it doesn’t mean they’re not smart.
In fact, many have amazing strengths in other areas like creativity, big-picture thinking, and problem-solving.
This post breaks down how the dyslexic brain works — and why it’s nothing to be ashamed of.

Entrepreneurship & Dyslexia: A Powerful Match
Did you know dyslexic minds are wired for entrepreneurship?
We think in systems
See the big picture
Innovate under pressure
Solve problems creatively
Communicate ideas with passion (even if not always perfectly spelled)
The same things that made school hard...
Are the same things that make us unstoppable founders, leaders, creators.
We don’t follow blueprints — we build them.
We don’t just think outside the box — we forget the box even existed.
If you’re a dyslexic entrepreneur (or dreaming of becoming one), you’re not alone — and you’re exactly what the world needs.
Tag a fellow visionary thinker.

Did you know dyslexia runs in families?
It is how our brains process information.
Parents have a 40-60% chance of passing dyslexia on to their child.
I know we are watching my daughter very closely right now looking for signs.
To be honest, I am checking lots of early signs and ready to intervene with early intervention program called Bridge. I will start before we have a formal diagnosis. As time is the most important thing and way and see just makes the problem worse.
Trust your gut, if you think something is wrong ask for help now. The wait and see method makes the situation worse and harder for your child to get caught up.
I have two spots open for summer therapy.
DM ‘Summer’ if you would like to talk about how to get the support you need now!

Time management is a hidden challenge with dyslexia.
We don’t like thinking in a linear concept and thinking like this is hard for us.
Let’s work together to create a system that works for your unique needs.
There are so many strategies out there and most of them don’t work for us, so I created my own plan and have helped others create a plan that works for them.
Don’t suffer in silence any more.
Join the live workshop now, happening on Thursday 6:00 PM CST.
I can't wait to see you there.

Time management can be a challenge for individuals with dyslexia.
Following a one size fits all plan, doesn’t work for me and I know it wouldn’t work for you.
I took every strategy that I could find and put them all together.
At first when I put them together, they were overwhelming.
How could I possibly keep track of what works for me and what doesn’t?
Then I started to group them, and found I could create offer options and let everyone create their own plan.
This is how Time Management Support for Dyslexia is different from other time management workshops.
On May 11 at 6:00 PM CST I will be offering this workshop live to help support your time management challenges.
Are you going to be joining me to create your own plan and get all your questions answered?

Time management is a hidden challenge with dyslexia.
I have learned that if I start my day with a quick win I am more productive through the rest of the day.
This morning I started my day with a quick win, I wrote my weekly email.
This was a huge relief and felt so good to have it finished first.
Then I was able to sent 3 emails I have been putting off.
All because I started with a quick win.
Do you start your day with a quick win?
