Fenves for his first-ever talk to the Austin Jewish community on December 18. JAMen, Shalom Austin's Jewish men's affinity group, now celebrating its fifth season, featured its first female speaker on November 13. Joanne Lipman, former Deputy Managing Editor of the Wall Street Journal, former Editor-in-Chief of USA Today and author of the best-selling book That's What She Said: What Men and Women Need to Know About Working Together, engaged more than 120 men in her outstanding presentation and Q&A on the challenges women face in the workplace and how men can promote greater gender equity.
