⭐️Opportunity to take over a turnkey art studio in NW Austin, all furniture included, 6mo sublease, let’s chat!⭐️

Hey y’all, it’s been no secret since we opened the Art House that I don’t intend to keep the studio location. The art house is my ultimate dream and I want to focus all of our creative energy there 🏡

We do have summer plans at the studio that will run till the end of July (Art Play Tues/Wed, Open studio Thurs/Fri + weekend parties).

I’m hoping to find an aspiring studio owner to take over the lease from Aug-Jan. You’d have the option to continue your own lease with the landlord after that. Since we’re only using the studio in the morning this summer we could also discuss renting it for blocks of time before August.

The studio is cute, in a great location, and we’ve worked hard on it. I would love to see all of that work pay off by letting someone else come in and continue using it as an art studio.

Summer camp registration opens up next Monday!
Here’s a peek at our themes 🤩

1. Camps are M-Th 9am-2pm with early drop-off at 8:30 available.
2. Fun Friday optional add-on if you need a full week of camp. Fridays will consist of outdoor movement class, games + free create.
3. Space is limited to 16 kids per week.
4. 20% sibling discount + discount for booking multiple weeks.

Vision boards with kids…10/10 ⭐️ We chatted about our word for the year, things we want to get better at, learn about and local places we hope to visit. Also pretty much everyone wants a cat in 2026 😻

Kids drew some of their own pictures, cut from magazines and we printed some specific requests. We spent hours on these and had the best day!

🍬 Gingerbread House Workshop: School’s out! Drop off the kids to make whimsical candy houses, drink cocoa and sing holiday songs! They’ll each get a pre-built gingerbread house to decorate.
