Goodbye, 2025. ✌️
What was possibly my hardest year ever was also filled with so many great things and amazing people. Breast cancer, three surgeries, a totaled car (RIP Cherry Bomb), an incredible new job as Varsity Coach and Program Director of the best athletes with the very best team of coaches (bonus - winning seasons and varsity set a new school record for wins!!), Ashton finished his playing career and started coaching career, Sterling continues to excel academically and athletically working towards his dreams (ahh he’s a senior!), Greg has been my absolute rock( his unwavering support is unmatched!) while juggling his business and cooking the most delicious meals for us, my clients are all wonderful people/friends and so supportive and fun. I appreciate my family, friends, clients, friends and team at HEAT and friends and team at AP for supporting me through all of it. Very grateful for everyone in my life.
2025 reminded me that it’s ok to ask for help (and to accept help) and prioritize my own rest and recovery as much as I remind my clients and friends to. 2025 was another reminder that life can be tough, but I am tougher. Very much looking forward to more laughter, volleyball (coaching AND getting back to playing), fun, workouts, and quality time with friends and family in 2026. Heading into the new year full of gratitude and excitement. ✨
