🌻 Something has been growing behind the scenes at KIPLA…

We’re planting more than academics—we’re planting confidence, communication, leadership, and a love for learning.

Plant • Water • Grow. 🌱🌻
Growing scholars from Seed to Success.

This is only the beginning. 💛

🌻 PARENTS, LET’S TALK POTTY TRAINING! 🚽💛

Potty training can be an exciting milestone, but every scholar develops at their own pace. Some children are ready quickly, while others need a little more time, patience, and encouragement.

At KIPLA, we want to partner with our families as our scholars build confidence, independence, and self-help skills. 💚

Parents, we want to hear from you! 👇🏽

What has been the easiest or most challenging part of potty training for your scholar?

💬 Share your experience, tips, questions, or even the things you wish someone had told you before you started!

Let’s learn from one another and support our scholars together. 🌻

Leadership is more than a title—it’s a responsibility. 💚

Over the years, I’ve learned that building something meaningful requires vision, structure, consistency, faith, and LOVE.

I don’t just want to build a successful organization. I want to develop leaders—leaders who understand that excellence matters, accountability matters, culture matters, and how we treat people matters.

That is the heart behind KIPLA.

Teach with excellence.
Train with intention.
Motivate with purpose.
Lead with LOVE. 💛

We’re not just preparing scholars for today. We’re developing leaders for a brighter tomorrow.
