Today I spoke with the ladies of Best Nail School in Atlanta Area today and it was amazing being able to talk to Future Nail Techs and give them some insight of what it is to be a Medical Nail Tech. I really enjoyed the ladies and their questions and the good vibes they brought.

When I say I go ABOVE the curriculum, I mean ABOVE IT. 💅🏽📚

I’m teaching my students nail disorders and conditions that aren’t even listed in their textbook. 👀

Why? Because when you become a professional nail technician, you’re going to encounter things the book didn’t prepare you for.

I want my students to be able to look at a nail, recognize when something isn’t normal, understand what they’re seeing, know when NOT to service a client, and understand when a referral is necessary.

The book gives you the foundation. I give you the knowledge to THINK beyond the book.
