Clarkdale Elementary School Cardinals

I thought these posted, but I don't see them.

Schools out, but Clarkdale's garden work must go on. Huge shout out to Ms. Hernandez, Ms. Bridges, and Ms. Allen for helping out today. We did some cleaning, bird bath assembly, organizing in the shed, magor weeding, and last but not least watering. Saying we're tired is an understatement. Ms. Bridges said it was way too hot!

Outstanding leadership conference today at Osborne High School! Thank you to Principal, Dr. Troy Jones, for hosting us and to Tom Schimmer for the powerful session on PLCs, rigorous assessments, and insights from his book Grading From the Inside Out.

CES Leadership Retreat:

Leadership, teamwork, and a little healthy competition! Today our leadership team came together for our SY 26-27 Leadership Retreat to plan, collaborate, and strengthen our team for the year ahead. We enjoyed some healthy bowling competition, had an awesome time collaborating and accomplished so much together! We're excited for an amazing SY 26-27!

What a wonderful day at Clarkdale! ❤️🖤 We loved seeing our South Cobb High School and McEachern High School graduates! They stop by to visit us! Seeing our former students thriving and celebrating this milestone makes our hearts so full. We are incredibly proud of each of you! Once a Clarkdale Cardinal, always a Clarkdale Cardinal! Congratulations, Class of 2026! 🎓

We had 13 baby chicks hatch this week at the Dale! 2nd grade (and the whole school) has learned so much about life cycles and chickens in general! We apologize if your child is now asking for a baby chick…all in the name of science!
