Tomorrow is the big day for 5th graders!!!

‼️ATTENTION families with incoming kindergarteners!! We are having a super fun, free, low stress event this summer to meet new incoming kinders at Georgetown. More info to come so be on the lookout!!

We are excited to announce we have a new board for the 2026-27 school year!!! If you would consider becoming a member as we cannot do what we do without you! Link is in comments ⬇️ Be sure to select 2026-27 school year!

Come this Wednesday to the school at 6:30pm for our last PTA meeting of the school year !!!

EDIT: Deadline extended until this Friday 5/15 if you would like to turn in your envelope for the 5th grade farewell celebration! Envelope to include a message to your child that will be included on their special keepsake gift! Return form which includes how your child’s name should be written on their 5th grade yard sign and you can if able include a $10 donation to help cover the costs of DJ and Photo Booth.

(Your child will still receive the keepsake gift, their book will have a blank spot for you to write your own message at home instead. They will also receive the yard sign)

Dear 5th Grade Families,

This is a friendly reminder to return the envelope containing your special message or quote for your child’s keepsake gift for the 5th Grade Farewell Celebration ! They do need to be turned in by this Wednesday May 6th. 🗓️

Every student will receive their gift regardless of whether an envelope is submitted. If we do not receive it by May 6, the keepsake will include a blank space where you can write your message at home instead. ✉️

If you are unsure if yours has been turned in, we recommend checking with your child or looking through their backpacks and folders-sometimes these items like to hide! 📔🫣

Additionally, please email 1–2 photos of your child for the farewell slideshow to [email protected] by May 6. Thank you to everyone who has already shared photos and turned in the envelopes, we appreciate your help in making this celebration memorable.

🎉 5th Grade Farewell Celebration – May 27 (1–3 PM)
We’re excited to invite your child to our 5th Grade Farewell Celebration: “The Future’s So Bright!”

📄 Forms and a return envelope were sent home with students. If you have not yet completed the form with a special message or quote for your child, please include it and return the form to school with your child by May 6. Optional $10 donations may be included, if able.
