I am very excited to announce that I’ve been accepted into the National School Boards Association Policy Leadership Cohort.

Over the next six months, I will engage with fellow education leaders from across the country to deepen my policy expertise, strengthen my leadership capacity, and explore innovative solutions to some of the most pressing challenges facing school districts today.

I will also be working on a capstone project in the following track:
Educator Recruitment & Retention – Address teacher shortages through strategic workforce planning, "grow-your-own" pipeline programs, and policy strategies related to compensation, professional growth, and leadership pathways.

I look forward to reporting back with all that I’ve learned and contributed through this exciting opportunity!
