Fox Valley Youth Orchestra's Summer Session registration is open! Sharpen your playing skills and enjoy working with musicians of your age and playing expertise. And top off your week by performing a concert for family and friends!

Fox Valley Youth Orchestra presents Spring Semester Concert at Crimi Auditorium! Enjoy an evening of beautiful music presented by FVYO ensembles. Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:00 pm. Purchase tickets at the door, $10.

FVYO is performing at Aurora's Santori Public Library, Sat, April 25 at 10 am. And Fox Valley Music Consortium is hosting an "instrument petting zoo" as part of the fun! Bring the family for a great musical morning!

We are excited to be at the ACES Academy Homeschool Expo today! There will be an array of vendors and resources for homeschooling and afterschool programs along with giveaways for you and your students. Come and see all the great opportunities that await young students!

Fox Valley Youth Orchestra is growing and revving up for a new term. This week, the YO held its second rehearsal for the term. This was a special "Open House" rehearsal for young prospective YO members and their parents to see what it's like to be a member. Registration is still ongoing. DKY an young aspiring musician? Pass this info along!

FVYO is a three-tier music ensemble program for youth. Auditions are required for Youth Symphony and Youth Sinfonietta. Directors assign placement based on by playing experience and technique, not specifically by age or grade level. The youngest ensemble, Inizio Strings, grades 2-5 doesn't require auditioning. Inizio is perfect for young performers beginning their string group playing to grow their skill set in a fun environment.
