We are a week away from the book fair and the excitement is growing. Children are buzzing about their book choices in the flyer, parents are looking for gift ideas and book sharing with their children. The book fair is April 6-9th. If you have questions let us know. Help us make this a successful event and get books into the lives of all children

Have you asked your children what they have done to be kind today? Part of social emotional development is creating a caring classroom community. Understanding and knowing what kindness is creates the early learning of empathy, belonging and friendship skills. Take a moment each day to help children learn and understand what it means to be kind

Join us at the Scholastic Book Fair April 6-9. We are open from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Anyone can come. We are trying to get books to all our children and restock our book shelves. If you can’t come, please shop online at www.scholastic.com/bf/childrensplayland. Round up so children who cannot afford a book can also receive one. Share with business owners, friends, family and colleagues. Let’s make this a successful early literacy event
