LEVELING UP BY SLOWING DOWN

I tried yoga for the first time ever, and baby, it was an amazing experience. Somewhere between the deep breaths and the stretching of my muscles, I realized I was leveling up by slowing down. 🙌🏾

At 58, I am choosing peace, strength and a new kind of power. This feels good. This feels grown. This feels like me stepping into my next chapter with intention.
