LEVELING UP BY SLOWING DOWN

I tried yoga for the first time ever, and baby, it was an amazing experience. Somewhere between the deep breaths and the stretching of my muscles, I realized I was leveling up by slowing down. 🙌🏾

At 58, I am choosing peace, strength and a new kind of power. This feels good. This feels grown. This feels like me stepping into my next chapter with intention.

If you have been thinking about trying something new, go ahead and surprise yourself. Growth feels different when you let it meet you right where you are.
