We’re hoping you can help us CHALK THE WALK with messages of welcome, celebration, excitement and support. Swing by Canyon Creek, grab some chalk and get to work. We’ll have chalk out starting tomorrow evening and available throughout the weekend. 🫶🏼

***please try to keep the area right in front of the doors clear, we don’t want to get chalk in our newly renovated school😉***

Pre-K & Pre-K Enrichment enrollment for the 2026 - 2027 school year is still open! Canyon Creek has an awesome preschool program. 🫶🏼

The Cherry Creek School District offers free, part-time Pre-Kindergarten (Universal Preschool)

Cubby families - in addition to the summer meals program offering breakfast and lunch for children under 18, you can also pickup family care packs at designated days/schools.

Family Care Packs filled with essential items are available to take home on specific weekdays.

June 1 - 30 & July 6 - 31*
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
*Closed June 19th and July 20-24

Families are invited to take home a Family Care Pack filled with essential items.


Mondays at Eastridge Elementary
Tuesdays at Cimarron Elementary
Wednesdays at Prairie Middle
Thursdays at Independence Elementary
These Packs include:

Two weeks of pantry foods - beans, vegetables, grains, pasta
One month of personal hygiene items - toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap
