When interviewing for prominent officer/group leadership positions where the competition is tough, interviewers get tougher.

And, we all know that as an interviewee, the best case scenario is when the interviewer smiles and nods the whole time!

So, don't be surprised if you enter an interview where one of the panelists looks completely uninterested. It may be intentional, but their face doesn't always tell the full story!
