FREE Meal Service over the Summer!
The APS Nutrition Services Department is offering individual meals to anyone 18 and under from May 26-Aug. 3 with their Free Summer Meal Service program. The meals are free to anyone 18 years and under at select APS schools and Aurora community sites. Meals must be eaten on site.
They are also offering a Free Summer Big Bag Meal Kit Service on the same dates. Families can pick up a 7-day meal kit (one per child) at select APS school sites. Meal kits include 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches.

Please join us in celebrating one of our amazing seniors, Addison! 🎉
Addison, a student at Vanguard Classical School, is also enrolled in the cosmetology program at Pickens Technical School—and her hard work is paying off in a BIG way!
She recently competed at the state Skills competition and took home 1st place… making her a STATE CHAMPION! 🏆💇🏽♀️
Because of her incredible talent, dedication, and professionalism, Addison will be representing Colorado at the national competition in Atlanta!

Today’s senior is Yadiel!
Yadi has been with Vanguard since 9th grade! After graduation, he plans to attend college.
A fun fact about Yadi is that they play a lot of sports.

Today’s senior is Joseph Aguilar Betancourt!
Joseph has been with Vanguard for 13 years, since Kindergarten! After graduation, he plans to work and attend UTI.
A fun fact about Joseph is that both of his sisters also attended Vanguard.
His favorite school memory from VCS is the 8th grade trip to Outdoor Lab at the YMCA of the Rockies.
