Jefferson 7th/8th graders had a blast at the 2026 Aurora Sportsfest! Shoutout to our Soccer and Volleyball teams getting 1st, our checkers team getting 2nd, and the tug-of-war team getting 3rd.

We are incredibly proud of all the Jefferson students who created and showcased science fair projects at the West Aurora Science Fair in April. Competing against all other middle schools in West Aurora, Jefferson represented well and came home with winners in 3 of the 6 categories!

In Mrs. Peterson's class, students practiced their Spanish speaking skills by going to a "market" and requesting the amount of beads, the color of beads, and the materials needed to create a bracelet of their choice.
