NaTasha Rutledge and Tonie Patterson Rutledge were a mother daughter team since NaTasha was 12 years old. Recently Tonie had to medically retire. Tasha wanted to press on and become the sole provider and owner of Tonie's Precious Cargo Child Care and Preschool. In June of 2025 Tasha received her Experienced Family Child Care Home license. Tasha has been an early childhood educator since 2008. Tasha is the kindest, most loving, tender, and caring person you'll ever know. Being a child care provider is definitely Tasha's calling. Tonie has had to step down and help Tasha by answering the phone, setting up interviews, taking care of social media, and reading stories to the kids. Tonie loves hanging out with the kids being the classroom Grandma.
