BEFORE CHUCK NORRIS BECAME A LEGEND… HE WAS A STUDENT.

Long before the fame.
Long before becoming a martial arts icon…

Chuck Norris was learning from a master.

While serving in South Korea, Norris discovered Korean martial arts and began a journey that would change his life.

One of the influential figures along that journey was Grandmaster Jae Chul Shin, a respected master of Tang Soo Do.

Shin taught more than kicks and punches.

He taught discipline. Respect. Humility. Perseverance.
