What does it take to launch a truly innovative program? According to Yascary Hodgson, Behavioral Health Instructor at Colorado Early Colleges, it's not just about resources—it's about courage. Yascary led the development of our behavioral health program at CEC Aurora, preparing students to engage confidently alongside mental health professionals at high-level conferences. Her willingness to move forward despite uncertainty, while ensuring students were thoroughly prepared for authentic professional environments, exemplifies what it means to be innovation-ready and student-centered. This is the kind of leadership that transforms student futures.
