The 5th Annual LeadHers Luncheon brought together 100+ young women from all 8 of our school partner sites across Denver and Aurora — and this is just the beginning.

Performances, youth-led presentations, speeches from the podium, and a room full of parents, school partners, and community supporters who showed up for our girls.

Creating a vision starts with seeing what’s possible. ✨

At Summer Camp, our Queens built mood boards that reflected their dreams, goals, passions, and the future they’re creating for themselves. From career aspirations to personal growth, every image, color, and word represented a step toward becoming the women they were created to be.

Mood boarding is more than a creative activity—it’s a powerful tool for helping young people visualize possibilities, build confidence, and turn ideas into intentional goals.

We’re proud to watch our Queens dream boldly, plan intentionally, and believe in what’s ahead. 👑💛

Crowned and ready for adventure 👑 Another day of royal fun at summer camp! We’re having so much fun at the Rising Queen Intensive Queenshipp Empowered Summer Camp! So much learning, growth and confidence building happening before our eyes!

We are SO excited to officially launch our Spanish-speaking cohort — and today was just a glimpse of the magic to come! 🌸
Watching our young ladies light up in that room, knowing they have a space where they can simply be themselves, with a facilitator who truly reflects their lived experience… there are no words. 🥹💛
Shoutout to our incredible facilitator Esme, who has been rocking with QueenShipp for 2.5 years — you are the definition of purpose-driven! We are so grateful for you. 🙌🏾
And a huge love letter to our trusted school partner for opening their doors and believing in this vision with us. 💙— thank you for helping us make this pilot program a reality. Together, we are creating spaces where every young woman of color can find her voice, her power, and her people. 🌺
