Open Roles & Descriptions

President
• Leads PTCO meetings and sets the overall direction
• Partners with school leadership to align goals and initiatives
• Helps coordinate events and supports board members
• Keeps things organized, positive, and moving forward

Secretary
• Takes and shares meeting notes
• Keeps records organized (agendas, minutes, communications)
• Helps announcements and general communication
• Ensures everyone stays informed and connected

Co-Treasurer
• Manages PTCO funds alongside another treasurer
• Tracks income and expenses, helps create budgets
• Provides simple financial updates at meetings
• Ensures transparency and responsible use of funds

Committee Leads
• Head up specific events or projects (fundraisers, teacher appreciation, restaurant nights, etc.)
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers
• Bring creative ideas to life with support from the board
• Make each event fun, organized, and successful

No experience needed—just a willingness to jump in and help out.
