🍽️ Offer choices → What to eat, drink, do… choice matters.
🔁 Use First/Then boards → “First this, then that” = more cooperation, less stress.
⏳ Give gentle warnings → No surprises = less anxiety.
🪥 Provide reminders → Brush teeth, take meds, attend appointments—visual cues increase independence.

These supports aren’t just helpful—they’re **transformative**.
Especially for individuals with anxiety or trauma histories, visual aids offer calm, clarity, and control.
