planning and property management. He has owned & operated a number of businesses in his earlier business career including a marina, restaurant, gift shop and campground. He spent winters in Marco Island, Florida with his family for 9 years where he had a Florida real estate license and specialized in new residential construction and buyer’s agency. After selling his Florida home, he took a permanent position as an owner’s representative doing commercial development for Bert Clifford of Unity, Maine. In addition, he took the position as vice president and general manager of the Belfast & Moosehead Lake Railroad and in later years as the president of the Belfast & Moosehead Lake Railroad Preservation Society. In 2003 he was named the general manager of Unity Property Management, a real estate holding company for the Unity Foundation in Unity, Maine. Currently, he is the president of REL Development & Planning, Inc., an owner/partner of The Village at Depot Crossing LLC, The Depot Village Laundry Inc.
