📚✨ Character Day at SMCS! ✨📚

Our 1st and 2nd graders brought their favorite books to life today by coming to school dressed as their favorite book characters! 🎭📖 This special project is part of their summer reading and gives our students a fun way to celebrate the books they’ve enjoyed and the characters they’ve come to love.

A huge thank you to our amazing teachers for inspiring our students and preparing them for this fun project, and to our incredible parents for all the creativity, time, and support you put into making days like this so special! ❤️

What a fun way to celebrate a love of reading! 📚💙💚
