What is your job at Decal Gymnastics?
Coach

How long have you been in the Decal family?
I have been with Decal since I was little. I grew up competing all the way until I graduated and know I share the love through coaching.

What is your favorite event and why?
My favorite event has always been beam! But I really do enjoy coaching all the events! I love getting to help the kids on all events, it’s fun getting to watch them grow and be excited about their skills.

What are you most excited about this year?
This year I am most excited for the kids! I love getting to help and watch all the kids grow throughout the season. I am also excited for all the meets and team bonding activities, the Decal family is so special, and I can’t wait for the year with everyone.

Why do you love the sport of gymnastics?
I love the sport of gymnastics because of how much it has taught me inside and out of the gym. It has brought me such a family and friends. I am so thankful for. It really is such a special sport, and I have loved it though all the ups and downs. I has helped me become the person I am today.

What is your biggest piece of advice to all of the gymnasts?
My biggest piece of advice for everyone is be patient with yourself and trust the process. Everyone’s journey is different, have fun and find your love for the sport.

Because it is so much more than just gymnastics.

To have fun and the rest will come.
