Last Saturday, we honored two groups of unsung heroes during our Juneteenth Celebration on the campus of Paine College, our dedicated Plant Operations Department and Campus Safety Officers.

The day was filled with food, fun, dancing, fellowship, and heartfelt appreciation. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by the incredible “Mary's Café” concessions team, whose hospitality helped make the celebration even more memorable.

One of the day's most meaningful moments was presenting members of each department with a cash award as a small token of our gratitude for their unwavering service, commitment, and dedication to our beloved institution.

Too often, the people working behind the scenes are the reason our campus continues to thrive. To our Plant Operations team and Campus Safety Officers, we see you, we appreciate you, and we thank you!
