Today’s meeting was a Lunch & Learn experience! 🧠🍕
We visited the Lucy Craft Laney Museum, where we enjoyed an informative tour led by our amazing guide, Corey Rogers. The Ambassadors learned so much about history, leadership, and legacy during the visit.

After the tour, some of the Ambassadors wrapped up the day with lunch at Pizza Joint.

Another meaningful day of learning beyond the classroom. 💛📚

Today, the Kid Ambassadors Youth Group proudly celebrates the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a leader whose courage, faith, and commitment to justice continue to inspire generations.

Dr. King taught us the power of service, leadership, kindness, and standing up for what is right even when it’s hard. His belief in equality, unity, and peaceful change reminds us that everyone can make a difference, no matter their age.

Our Kid Ambassadors strive to live out his dream by being positive leaders in their schools and communities, showing respect for others, and using their voices to create change.

🌟 Celebrating National Mentoring Month with Kid Ambassadors 🌟

January is National Mentoring Month, a time to recognize the power of guidance, encouragement, and positive role models in the lives of young people. 💙

Kid Ambassadors is a youth leadership group dedicated to empowering kids to use their voices, serve their community, and grow into confident leaders. Through leadership activities, service projects, and meaningful connections with caring adults, our Kid Ambassadors learn the value of responsibility, teamwork, and giving back.

✨ Why mentoring matters:

✔ Improves academic and social skills
✔ Encourages positive decision-making
✔ Helps youth develop leadership and communication skills
✔ Provides support, encouragement, and a sense of belonging

National Mentoring Month was created to raise awareness about the importance of mentoring and to inspire adults and communities to invest in the next generation. Research shows that youth with mentors are more likely to succeed in school, pursue their goals, and become leaders in their communities.

This month, we celebrate the mentors who pour into our Kid Ambassadors and the young leaders who are growing every day because someone believes in them. 🌱

🎄✨ Christmas Meet & Greet Recap ✨🎄

We had an amazing time on Saturday at our Christmas Meet & Greet! While a few of our Ambassadors were unable to attend due to prior commitments, the energy and excitement were still high.

A huge thank you to Silas, Manager of the North Augusta Chick-fil-A, and Solma, one of their Lead Trainers, for stopping by our table and sharing inspiring words about leadership. We truly enjoyed connecting and learning from you both!

Our Ambassadors also had a blast going behind the scenes to make their own IceDream cups and, of course, taking pictures with the Chick-fil-A Cow 🐮🍦📸

As we step into a new Kid Ambassador season, it’s time to spotlight our Jr. President — Miss Leyah! 🌟
Her energy, creativity, and leadership will help our Ambassadors shine all year long ✨

🎃🍬 The Kid Ambassadors had a spooktacular time volunteering with the Neighborhood Learning Center of the CSRA, LLC at the Warren Road Candy Crawl! 👻✨

We loved seeing all the creative costumes and bright smiles as we handed out candy and glow sticks to the community! 💜🧡💚

It was a fun night of laughter, teamwork, and giving back which is exactly what the Kid Ambassadors are all about! 💫
