Hi everyone! I downloaded the fly delta app this morning to make check in easier. While I did that I had a wild hair to check out our flight info only to find out our flights have been slightly changed. Our flight out of Cincinnati is still the same flight number but we are now leaving at 8:00 and arriving in Orlando at 10:05. (DL 2438)
Coming home our flight has been changed to (DL 927). It will be leaving Orlando at 7:07 and we should arrive at Cincinnati at 9:18.
With all of this we will meet at school at 4:00. I’ve been told this should give us plenty of time. We will also get home around 10-10:30 on Wednesday instead of closer to midnight.

Reminder there is a senior trip meeting tomorrow at 6:30 in the cafeteria. Students going on the trip and 1 parent or guardian is mandatory. If you can’t be there you must schedule a time to meet with me.

The mandatory senior trip meeting with parents and students has been changed to March 15 in the cafeteria at 6:30!

Earlier I posted about a mandatory meeting about senior trip for parents and students that were going. That date may change due to a conflict with softball. We are currently trying to find a day and time that doesn’t conflict with softball and baseball.

I know this is several weeks out but wanted to be sure to give everyone plenty of notice. There will be a mandatory meeting for parents and students for those going on the senior trip on March 22nd at 6:30 in the cafeteria. This is the meeting with Mr Kelsch.

Seniors! As of right now, once everyone pays their deposit we are falling short of what you need. We will need $1200 for the remaining universal balance. Plus other expenses that we don’t have an amount for is our transportation once we are in Orlando and graduation expenses. I have 2 big fundraisers planned and 2 smaller ones but we’re going to have to work them really hard or you will end up having to pay extra.

I left out the prices for the donuts. Glazed are $11.50/dozen , the specialty are $13.50/dozen, and the coffees are $9.00 a bag. All order forms and money are due to me on 2/7. I will be placing the order that day.

I received the following information from Mr Litteral this weekend and I wanted to share it with parents and students that weren’t in first period today.

The school has the ability to accept credit card payments now. Whenever someone makes a "purchase" Kayla is alerted. I have set up the option for parents to be able to make their senior trip deposit online. You will also be e-mailed if they do. Keep in mind, it will charge them a 4% fee. All they need to do is enter the amount they are wanting to pay and their is a text box that will require them to enter the student's name.
