Make a decision that helps you get your life back.

Sometimes getting back on the road is about more than driving.

It’s about getting back to work.
Getting back to your routine.
Getting back to the people and places that matter.
Getting back to feeling like yourself again.

What a week! ❤️💙

From leading three days of CLASS® 2nd Edition Pre-K Observer Certification at Head Start East LIVE to connecting with an incredible group of early childhood professionals, this experience was one to remember.

Three days of learning, practicing, discussion, and preparing for reliability testing. 🎓

But it wasn’t all work! There were great conversations, new connections, plenty of laughs, and even a little karaoke night! 🎤😂

That’s one of my favorite parts of events like this. The learning happens in the classroom, but the connections and memories happen everywhere.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to teach, learn, connect, and be part of such a great event in Syracuse.

Head Start East LIVE, thank you for an amazing experience!

Here’s a little look back. 🎥✨

Until the next one! ❤️💙

When in Tulsa… you follow the music! 😂🎶

I finished teaching a room full of teachers and stepped outside to find a whole street festival happening right outside!

One minute I’m deep into professional development, and the next I’m exploring Tulsa with live music, food trucks, and a little unexpected fun.

This is the part of training season nobody tells you about! 😂

To every teacher who showed up ready to learn, participate, and grow, thank you. Y’all made the trip worth it before I even discovered the festival.

And now, I’m on Day 3 with Head Start East LIVE in Syracuse! 🗽

I’ve been busy teaching, learning, connecting, and soaking it all in. Videos from this experience are coming soon! 👀

Tulsa, you definitely surprised me. 🎉

DAY ONE: DONE! ❤️ 💙

What a great start to our CLASS® 2nd Edition Pre-K Observer Certification Training at Head Start East LIVE in Syracuse!

Today was all about learning, discussion, practice, and building the foundation for what’s ahead.

One day down, two more to go. Tomorrow, we keep learning, keep practicing, and keep putting the knowledge into action.

I’m excited for what’s ahead!

Day 1 complete. Let’s keep going! 🙌🏽

We asked our defensive driving grads how they feel after class. This was the energy. 😂🚗

8 hours later and suddenly you're the safest driver in the tri-county area. Full stops at empty intersections. Turn signals 100 feet early. Your mom is somehow still not impressed.

Points on your license? Court ordered class? We make it easy, and apparently a little life-changing.

Next week, I'm heading to Turning Stone!

September 23-25, I'll be leading the CLASS 2nd Edition Pre-K Observer Certification at Head Start East LIVE Syracuse, three days with the same small cohort, ending in the reliability testing that earns them their credential.

This is exactly the work I love. Taking knowledge and turning it into real, practical strategies that change how we show up for kids every single day.

There's still time to join us.

Do I do this every day?

Yes. Because I love it.

This is what it looks like when you get to do what you were made for. Training the people who show up every day for our kids.

And soon, I'm taking this same passion to a much bigger room.

I'm headed to New York on September 23 to train educators from over 12 states across the Northeast.

More on this soon. 👀

Great trainers never stop growing. 💙

Today, I’m investing in my own professional development as I attend the South Carolina Endeavors Train-the-Trainer Conference.

I believe that if I’m going to help others learn, grow, and excel, I have to keep learning too.

I’m looking forward to gaining new ideas, connecting with other professionals, and bringing what I learn back to the people and organizations I serve.

I’m always learning.
Always growing.
Always preparing to help others excel.

REPORT IT WHEN YOU SEE IT.

In child-serving work, good intentions are not enough.

People need clear procedures, the confidence to recognize concerns, and the courage to follow through when something doesn’t look right.

Knowing what to report, who to report it to, and when to act can make a difference.

Save this for your next team conversation, and share it with a colleague who works with children.

What part of reporting procedures would you like explained in a future Tuesday Talks with Bobbie?
